Unlocking the Power of Spiritual Resources: A Guide to Tapping into Your Spiritual Power

Within every man, woman, and child lies the potential of greatness. However, in order to tap into this greatness we must learn how to access the resources needed to sustain this potential. Just like most things, it takes energy for a human to continuously and consistently operate in their divine potential. The questions that this post seeks to answer inlude that of, "How do I access this energy?", or "Where do I find this energy?" The good news is that this energy is free, as in, you don't have to pay anything monetarily to aquire this energy. You do however have to pay in time, willpower, and intention. You see, spiritual power can only be accessed by having an awareness of the power that we have in us already.

Within the spirit of every man lies what is called the "12 Powers of Man" . These powers are listed as follows:

• Faith

• Strength

• Discrimination or Judgment.

• Love

• Power

• Imagination

• Understanding

• Will

• Order

• Zeal

• Renunciation or Elimination

• Life Conservation

These 12 powers exists within every man presently, but few may be aware of them. The goal of this post is to bring awareness to these 12 powers and how to access them.

There are 2 primary ways for accessing these 12 powers. The first way and the most accesible way is to ask God or your Higher Power to give them to you. This appears as you praying for these powers or whichever power you want to experience more of. As you can probably imagine, you won't just wake up with these powers, but will recieve lessons or situations from God that will ensure that you aquire and develop these powers. The other way to aquire these powers would be to work towards obtaining them yourself. This would look like you consciously creating circumstances for yourself that will allow you to use and grow in these powers. For example, if you wanted to grow in the power of strength, you would purposefully put yourself in a situation where you would be required to be strong like intentionally putting yourself in a position where others have to depend on you to obtain some type of goal.

I personally would opt for the 1st way of accessing these powers, as I love the idea of partnering with God in order to grow. However, I would utilize the mentality of the 2nd way of thinking in order to own my soveriengty and enfore the idea that you shouldnt wait around for change to happen, you should be the change you want to see.

One key item of insight that I would like to share is that once any of these powers are formed and developed they will permanently be developed in this lifetime and the next. Your progress in developing these faculties is essentially saved, and if you ever get weary of growing, you can always take a break and come back when you are ready.

Another key item of insight that I feel is important to share is that seeing these twelve powers as spiritual resources for spiritual living will help us understand that these are things that we can extract and use to help us grow and sustain the operation of our higher selves while living in the physical world. It takes spiritual energy to operate as a spiritual being in a spiritual world, and I believe this energy is contained within these twelve powers and that our work is to extract this energy from these 12 'power centers' that live within our being.

This will also allow us to achieve and obtain goals that require a lot of spiritual energy to achieve. For example, if I wanted to influence 100 people to do something, I understand that I have to have the proper levels of power, strength, zeal, will, and understanding in order to do so. Anything that we want to aquire or obtain has a matching level of spiritual energy that it requires to obtain. It would be mighty hard to obtain your material dreams and goals if you havent first aquired the proper spiritual resources to make those dreams a reality.
